You can be laid off if you fail to upload our posts for a whole month. Once you are laid off, you would receive a letter of dismissal in your email. The implication is that you will have to reapply again inorder to continue receiving payments as one of our influencers and you would be compelled to make extra posts for us within the weeks inorder to coverup for the lost month(s) which you were paid and couldn't deliver your services.
If you are laid off 3 times in a year, it is an evidence of incompetence and you would be permanently dismissed from service.
